Reiki Principles
Just for today, I will live with gratitude.
Just for today, I will not worry.
Just for today, I will not anger.
Just for today, I will do my work honestly.
Just for today, I will have respect for every living thing.
I read a blog calling for Reiki 2 practitioners to send Reiki to those people, plants and animals who are in Hurricane Sandy’s path so I thought I would take a look to see if there is a group doing this. I came across a Doctor reikidoc.blogspot.com
He gives Reiki to patients before and after they undergo anaesthetic. He sent Reiki to the regions where Hurricane Sandy will pass. This is the wonderful thing about Reiki 2. You can send it anywhere as you can cross time and location.
So I am going to join in too, sending Reiki energy to those people who will be affected and to the elements and storm itself, worded “for the highest good of all” because, that is the thing. There are lots of variables and factors at play and I would not want to send energy in to make anything worse because I lack understanding of the holistics.
