Rally Against Dolphin/Whale Hunt in Tokyo 24th November 2012

The first ever rally against the Dolphin/Whale hunt will take place in Tokyo on this coming Saturday 24th November 2012. This is highly significant.

Shibuya,Tokyo.
We’re going to meet at Miyashita Park at 1:30 and start to walk around Shibuya station from 2pm peacefully.
Feel free to bring your own placard, video camera, music instrument, stuffed animal suit or any goods to show that you do not agree hunting.
It’s going to be the first demo against whaling in Japan:)

I wish them good luck and am so pleased that this barbaric practice at Taiji Cove will have opposition from inside Japan.

When I spoke to the Japanese Embassy in London and when others have spoken to them elsewhere, the officials speak as though they represent all of Japan but they clearly do not.

I will be watching with interest to see what happens.

Newsflash

Sadly Taiji: pod of Risso dolphins now netted into shallows of killing cove 8:19am 11/13 (Japan time) RED COVE TODAY 😦
