It is that time when people start to look back over the year and towards the new one and make resolutions. The Full Moon in Cancer may have made you look into your home ,family and security issues versus how you are seen as manifesting things in the outer world. ( To get a real insight you would have to have your own chart done as where the planets were situated at your birthdate and planets in the sign of Cancer and the aspects would have coloured how things seem to be unfolding for you)
You might have made a list of what went well for you and what did not. You need to decide what you want to carry forward and develop in 2013 and what you would like to leave in that past. There are various exercises that you could do that may help to imprint these lists in your subconscious mind. To make them real for you and seem like you have actually taken physical action on these things. Write two lists. On one, list those things which no longer serve you that you intend to leave behind. This can be a physical situation like an unsatifying job or an addiction or mental state or trait that no longer serves you. Be honest as you do not have to show it to anyone else and you are doing it to help yourself. You could either burn this list at midnight on New Years Eve (or as near to midnight as you can. It does not matter as this is a psychological rite to update your subconscious programme) (safely) or put it through a shredder, tear it up into fragments and put in in the recycling bin or bury it. Whatever your consciousness prompts you to do. This is the best way to make it work for you. What you are doing is freeing up a lot of your stuck energy and life force that has been attached to to those redundant practices or behaviours so that the energy can be cleansed and recycled into available fresh energy to put into the projects that you want to manifest in 2013.
Your intention list is the one that you wish to carry forward. You can look into a mirror and read it to yourself out loud to annouce what you are going to achieve during the next year or you could imagine that you already have achieved it all and that it is 31st December 2013. Visualise seeing that date on a calender and imagine how you would feel when you have achieved your goals and that the positivity even exceeded your expectations. Really feel the sense of achievement. Now you can read your list as a record of things that you have achieved during 2013. You could roll it up into a scroll and put a special ribbon around it and present it to yourself with congratulations.
If you feel like drinking a celebratory glass of wine or champagne then do. Do whatever you feel. What you are doing is opening up a pathway in your mind to materialise your desires. After the ceremony and on January 1st onwards, just continue with life confidently and do not start worrying about how to make those things come about. Do not have doubts. Just accept that they will come about with a calm sense of knowing. Opportunities, synchronicities and events will unfold to help you to reach your 31st December 2013 projection of you. Just trust and take the small steps as they unfold.
Let me know if you did this rite in a year’s time and how it changed things into a positive direction for you.
Wishing you recycled fresh energy and exciting fulfilling times in 2013.
